Everything was perfect, I strongly recommend. I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was perfect, with magnificent and particularly good location short walk to Baltimore for facial reconstruction surgery at Johns Hopkins, the harbour and the waterfront. I interacted with the compassionate and very welcoming staff.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing luxurious amenities for a truly memorable stay. the service was impeccable, from the friendly and efficient check, in to the attentive staff in the restaurant and bar. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, the private facilities were a lovely touch, adding an exclusive element to my stay.
My only minor issue was with the in, room breakfast. While the selection of food was delicious and varied, it arrived slightly later than expected.

The hotel had a convenient location near the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore. The complimentary car service was also a great perk, as it saved us money on transportation.
The room we stayed in was a bit small and cramped. It felt like there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably.

The hotel had nice holiday decorations and a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and helped with directions to nearby attractions.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The noise from the street below was loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks.
My Easter stay at this hotel wasn't the best experience. the decor felt outdated and old-fashioned, and the amenities were lacking in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at.
